For one of our clients, a hospital located near Mulhouse, we are currently seeking a hospital pharmacist registered in section H to strengthen the pharmacy team. The recruited pharmacist will join a multidisciplinary team and actively participate in ensuring the safety and optimization of patient medication management. Your main responsibilities will include: Pharmaceutical validation of medical prescriptions; Management, safety, and proper use of the medication circuit; Participation in quality and patient safety committees and initiatives; Close collaboration with medical and nursing teams; Contribution to pharmacovigilance and risk management
