Skills / Profile description: Master's degree (Master 2) in clinical psychology, ideally with a specialization in gerontology or neuropsychology. Strong interest in working with the elderly and in long-term care facilities. Ability to work independently, with a strong team spirit. Excellent listening, analytical, communication, and teaching skills. A strong sense of ethics, respect for humane treatment, and adherence to confidentiality. Experience in a nursing home, long-term care facility, or other social care setting is preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered based on motivation).

To continue the work already underway within the facility, a human-scale medical and social care establishment, comprising a Medical and Rehabilitation Care Service (SMR) and a nursing home (EHPAD) with a protected unit, is recruiting a Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join its multidisciplinary team. Located in a rural setting, the establishment is recognized for its human values, its ethical commitment, and the quality of support offered to patients and residents. As part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the continuity and development of psychological care: - Conducting psychological, cognitive, and behavioral assessments. - Evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic follow-up for patients and residents. - Actively participating in personalized support plans. - Writing reports and documenting information in the electronic patient record. - Collaborating and advising with the nursing and medical teams. - Participating in summary meetings and reporting. - Supporting families throughout the stay. - Facilitating memory and cognitive workshops. - Role of ethics and best practices advisor for the facility. - Involvement in pain management and end-of-life care, according to your skills (hypnosis, brief therapies, etc.).
