Hello, We are looking for night-shift nursing assistants for one of our clients, a nursing home located south of Toulouse. As a nursing assistant, your main responsibility is to provide hygiene, comfort, and preventative care to residents. You will also participate in developing patient care plans in collaboration with the registered nurse and ensure the traceability of care by completing the records of the residents under your care. You will be required to carry out various activities to guarantee the well-being of our residents. You will assist them with daily activities such as getting up, washing, dressing, eating, and going to bed. You will also organize and lead therapeutic and recreational activities to encourage and maintain social connections and cognitive abilities. Work environment: - Facility equipped with transfer rails. - A total of 80 residents, including 16 in a secure unit. - Welcome bonus: €500 gross - Ségur 1 bonus: €238 gross/month - Ségur 2 bonus: €19 gross/month - Sunday supplement: €40 gross/Sunday - Recognition of prior service. - Attendance bonus subject to seniority requirements.
