Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients in the Montpellier area, a healthcare assistant (m/f). Permanent, full-time contract. Night shift: 8:54 pm - 6:45 am. 10-hour shifts. Your responsibilities: - Assisting residents with bedtime routines - Observing and recording data related to the person's health status - Assisting with the distribution of medications prescribed and prepared by the registered nurse - Providing hygiene and comfort care - Providing toileting assistance - Ensuring quality of sleep - Gathering and communicating observations verbally - Analyzing emergency situations and contacting emergency services when necessary - Adhering to the care plan and current protocols - Working in pairs
