For one of our clients, the Troyes Hospital Center, we are seeking a Coordinating Physician - Multipurpose Day Hospital (M/F). You will join a multipurpose day hospital at the heart of a structured medical project, based on strong coordination and teamwork. The Team: You will work within a multidisciplinary team organized around the Day Hospital physician, including: State-registered nurses, a social worker, an adapted physical activity instructor, a dietician, an advanced practice nurse, and specialist physicians consulted as needed: pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, diabetology. The Position: Status: Contractual practitioner or hospital practitioner. Working hours: Part-time (0.5 FTE). Close multidisciplinary collaboration with paramedical and medical teams. No on-call duties, guaranteeing a good work-life balance. Your responsibilities As a coordinating physician, you will be responsible for: Validating and organizing day hospital care upon receipt of requests; Coordinating medical and paramedical interventions during day hospital care; Creating and developing new day hospital pathways; Providing comprehensive patient care during their day hospital stay: clinical examination, specialist consultations, and drafting discharge summaries.
