We are seeking a night-shift caregiver (m/f) for one of our partners, ready to dedicate their skills and energy to the residents of a nursing home (EHPAD) located in a rural setting in the Périgord region, near the Charentes. The facility accommodates 100 residents in permanent care and has a 14-bed secure unit for residents with cognitive impairments. Your responsibilities will include providing attentive monitoring of residents throughout the night, supporting them with gentleness, empathy, and kindness, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
