As part of a partnership with a nursing assistant training institute (IFAS/IFAP) in Nice, we are actively seeking a Training Manager (M/F) for a position starting as soon as possible (start date to be determined together): * Do you enjoy leading projects as much as sharing knowledge? * Do you have a real talent for uniting a team and motivating them to go further? * Are you rigorous, creative, and proactive? * Are you convinced that training is much more than simply delivering a program: it's about giving meaning and creating a lasting impact? You will co-develop training programs with management and implement them in the field. You will maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and lead an agile, modern, and practical training approach.
