Accessible from Nantes (44) and even more easily from La-Roche-sur-Yon (85) The position: We are looking for an MPR Doctor (M/F) to join a dynamic and committed medical team, within a modern structure equipped with a complete and innovative technical platform: - Balneotherapy - Upper limb exoskeleton (Armeo) - Virtual reality - Driving simulator, gait trainer, connected bikes and mats The service has around a hundred full hospitalization beds (including a unit dedicated to EVC-EPR) and a day hospitalization service with around ten places. The pathologies treated mainly concern: - Diseases of the locomotor system (˜ 60%) - Neurological disorders (stroke, MS, Parkinson's, etc.) (˜ 40%) Under the responsibility of the head physician and the management of the establishment, you: - Ensure the medical follow-up of patients with complex neurological pathologies - Develop diagnoses and coordinate individualized care and rehabilitation plans - Collaborate closely with a close-knit multidisciplinary team: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, neuropsychologists, nurses, AS, APA, dieticians, etc. - Actively contribute to the department's development projects, in particular the relaunch of a specialized unit - Participate in the admissions committee and the dynamics of the medical-care project The establishment encourages and supports personal medical projects: research, innovation, development of new activities, etc. A responsive management and collaborative management encourage creativity and professional development.
