The care is divided between locomotor conditions and nervous system conditions (stroke, MS, Parkinson's) The technical platform, spacious and bright, is equipped with cutting-edge equipment: - Balneotherapy - ARMEO upper limb exoskeleton - Driving simulator - Virtual reality - Gait trainer, treadmill, bicycles, individual and group rehabilitation rooms Very well-maintained and spacious premises Your missions: In direct contact with the establishment's management, you ensure the medical and strategic coordination of the service, alongside a stable, invested multidisciplinary team: 6 doctors (team currently being renewed with numerous innovative projects to carry out), 15 physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, 2 neuropsychologists, APA teachers, dieticians, social workers, a stable and fully invested paramedical care team Your main responsibilities: - Supervise, lead and coordinate the medical team of the service - Manage and implement the establishment's medical project with new activity pneumo very soon - Guarantee the quality and safety of care as well as medical permanence - Ensure direct patient care, consultations and technical procedures - Participate in medical on-call duty (on-call duty shared with the existing team and often with little disruption) - Actively contribute to institutional representation and the development of medical activities - Collaborate with the CME and Management to bring out new projects
