Nurse (M/F)

We are looking for a nurse on a permanent contract to join our multidisciplinary team starting October 1, 2025. You will work in tandem with a registered nurse, and you will benefit from the support of a medical-social worker present every day during the week, in charge of administrative follow-up and exchanges with families and doctors. You are thus supported in your organization and freed up to devote yourself to your clinical missions. Very good remuneration: fixed + monthly bonus + seniority 100% The establishment accommodates 86 residents (in permanent or temporary accommodation) and mobilizes a team of approximately 50 professionals. Secure parking available on site. Work organization: Rotating hours: 6:45 a.m. - 6 p.m. or 9:45 a.m. - 9 p.m. Work 1 weekend out of 3 A real effort from management and managers to maintain work-life balance Your missions: Carry out daily nursing care in compliance with protocols and the personalized care plan. Assess the health status of residents and participate in the development and reassessment of care plans. Work closely with the coordinating physician, nursing assistants, and other professionals. Manage treatments and liaise with prescribers. Participate in welcoming families and sharing information. Be a proactive force in coordination meetings.
